Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags and packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless the error was ours.
Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Yes. Your order is sent in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of what’s inside.
When will my order be dispatched?
Order before 10 pm (Netherlands time) and your order will be dispatched the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive tracking after dispatch. This is the dispatch time; delivery takes place afterwards and depends on your destination and carrier.
